  • Matt and Rob are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful.
    The bottom of our chain were useless as they were using online solicitors that were incredibly slow and very unresponsive. We bought through them so technically they were not even working for us but they made sure we were well informed through the whole process and did a lot of chasing for us when we were getting nowhere and everyone else was ignoring us.     They were extremely helpful when we bought through them when moving my mother in law. They kept us well informed, and did a hell if a lot of chasing on our behalf, more so than our own estate agents, especially as the bottom of the chain were useless and very slow (they used online solicitors - avoid at all costs!).
