We had a long process getting the house due to a long chain, but the team at Wisdom Estates helped throughout the process, always keeping me updated and were very patient. Very approachable team as well, always happy to answer questions, and provide advice. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend wisdom estates enough, we had the pleasure of meeting Matt Ferrari who went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He kept us updated and he couldn’t accommodate us enough with viewings of the house that we had purchased. I’m surprised he didn’t start Charging me petrol money the amount of times I wanted to pop back to the new home but it was never too much trouble and if Matt could manage it he would. I only wish Matt Ferrari was selling our home as he was efficient, polite , and extremely on the ball with everything. If your buying or selling your house I couldn’t recommend wisdom estate Sidcup enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have Matt as your estate agent you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything you did for us Matt we really are forever greatful.

Highly Recommended! I wish to express my total satisfaction with the way Wisdom Estates handled the sale of our late son's apartment in Crayford. From the moment I met Robert, I found him totally professional in he's approach and was very good at communicating with us. He grasped what we were trying to do and gave us all the help we needed to get to our destination. He's sales manager Matt was also very positive and pro-active. The sale had delays, but these delays was in no way down to Wisdom Estates, and I was impressed with the energy input throughout the entire process to help this out. Robert was continually pro-active, monitoring all the communications, and following up or nudging a solicitor when required / appropriate. You even went out of your way on a recent Sunday evening to meet the prospective buyer and iron out some issues to help progress and reach our final goal.
